Foster Parent Application

Are you ready to help a child who really needs you? We hope so.

You will answer questions about your personal background, your household and family, transportation options, employment history, the types of child you would consider, and your general experience with children.

Remember, training must be completed prior to submitting application. We’ll provide the application upon completion of training.

Lighthouse staff is available to help you complete the application. And once it’s submitted, we’ll be with you every step of the way to help you foster a child who is a good fit for your home.
