Senator Sherrod Brown Visits Lighthouse Sheakley Center

Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) visited the Lighthouse Sheakley Center for Youth on Thursday, August 29, to bring attention to the Housing for Homeless Students Act, his bill with Senator Rob Portman (R-OH). The Senators’ bill would update current law to ensure students, including veterans, who have experienced homelessness or are currently homeless, can access affordable housing while pursuing their education.
