Lighthouse Youth & Family Services Named a Winner in Enquirer’s 2023 Top Workplaces Award
CINCINNATI, June 7, 2023 — Lighthouse Youth & Family Services has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by Enquirer Media Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on anonymous employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection. In 2023, over 2100 organizations in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky engaged in the survey process, and only 144 of those organizations won a spot on the Top Workplace List.
Lighthouse Youth & Family Services also received a Culture of Excellence Award for Purpose & Values. This award celebrates organizations that have both embedded their mission and values into their culture and are efficient in their work to bring it into reality.
“When our team honors Lighthouse with a recognition like this, it confirms our commitment to following ‘The Lighthouse Way’, 22 fundamentals that demonstrate how to put our core values into action,” said Paul Haffner, Lighthouse Youth & Family Services President and CEO. “I’m also grateful for the anonymous feedback we receive as part of this process as we strive to further improve.”
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
Why one employee loves working at Lighthouse: “ I know I’m doing something meaningful even when there are rough days.”
