GROW: An Initiative to Prevent Youth Homelessness

Creating a safety net for youth at risk of experiencing homelessness

Gaining Resources, Opportunity & Wellness (GROW) is a community-based prevention plan that involves implementing and evaluating innovative interventions and services to prevent youth from experiencing homelessness.

  • Serving young people ages 10-21 and their families.
  • Providing holistic prevention services tailored to respond to the diverse and unique needs of youth at risk of experiencing homelessness.
  • Putting effective resources and supports directly in the hands of young people who need them.

GROW Community Hubs are the front doors to services and resources. A young person can go to any Community Hub in Hamilton County, Ohio and be welcomed and connected with personalized assistance.

If you are a young person at risk of becoming homelessness or know someone who is, please contact us. We’re here to help.
