Opinion: Reduce Youth Violence by Restoring Hope

JANUARY 31, 2022 — “We know reducing youth violence and childhood trauma is “generational work,” but it begins with restoring hope by creating a more equitable society which values our young people and the families that surround them.” This is an excerpt from an opinion letter written by Lighthouse Board Chair Tamie Sullivan and Vice-Chair Elena Comeaux.
