Lighthouse Increases Minimum Wage and Other Pay Ranges for Employees
JANUARY 25, 2022 — Lighthouse Youth & Family Services has raised the minimum wage for all employees to $15 per hour and made additional adjustments in various pay ranges to promote equity.
“At Lighthouse, we appreciate the dedication and work of our employees. Each and every day, they provide the services, support, and guidance young people and families need to succeed,” said Paul Haffner, Lighthouse Youth & Family Services President & CEO.
Lighthouse has also made other changes to benefit employees, including wage adjustments connected to market rates and pay rate compression. As a result, nearly 55% of Lighthouse employees have seen some impact on their pay.
“During the pandemic, the Lighthouse team has delivered quality care despite the challenging and changing circumstances. We are committed to supporting every employee as they serve our community,” Haffner said.
“Fulfilling Lighthouse’s mission is dependent on the well-being of our employees, so it’s critical we continue to offer a total rewards package that includes competitive benefits and pay, reflecting our long-term commitment to them.”
Employees will continue to receive Lighthouse’s premium benefits, including comprehensive healthcare coverage, a 401k retirement plan with match, and a loan forgiveness program.
