We maintain frequent, consistent contact, and we’re available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year to support and guide you.Foster parents are valuable members of our team. Your opinions and participation in assessment, goal setting, court proceedings, and team meetings are just a few ways you’re critical to the child’s success.
You will have:
- Regular visits with a licensed social worker to help you navigate the foster care system.
- Training and support from Lighthouse staff who have earned the trust and respect of social services agencies in our community.
- Access to respite care, both on a regular schedule and on an emergency basis.
