Hoodies for the Holidays
Donate a new hoodie or gift card for a teenager in need at Nothing Bundt Cakes Bakeries in Mason or Hyde Park, the Corner Coffee Cafe, Ladder 19 or Uncle Woody’s. Thank you!
Nothing Bundt Cakes launched its “Hoodies For The Holidays” campaign on Monday, November 14th. The two area locations in both Mason and Hyde Park will be collecting hoodies for the teens at Lighthouse Youth Services. The collection will continue through December 15th during normal store operating hours from Monday-Saturday
9am-6:30pm.
Says Mary Thress, co-owner of the Nothing Bundt Cakes store in Mason, “There are many wonderful charities which provide toys and clothing to the younger children during the holiday season, and so we wanted to do something specifically for area teens. We will have a giant barrel inside our stores where the hoodies will be collected. Hoodies should be brand new, preferably with tags intact. We are also accepting gift cards for the teens which may be placed inside the pocket of the hoodie, or in a smaller collection receptacle also located inside our stores.”
Thress concludes, “I encourage everyone to show some holiday spirit, and drop some hoodies off at the barrels located inside both the Mason and Hyde Park locations. When you donate a hoodie, you will also receive a coupon for a free bundlet with the purchase of two. And don’t forget – November 15th is National Bundt Day!”
Nothing Bundt Cakes is located at 9540 Mason-Montgomery Road in Mason, and at 2733 Madison Road in Hyde Park. For more information, call 513-492-8115, or visit nothingbundtcakes.com.
