Lighthouse promotes Bonita Campbell to COO

JULY 26, 2023 — Lighthouse Youth & Family Services is proud to announce the promotion of Bonita Campbell, MS, LSW, CTP, to Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Campbell has dedicated more than 30 years to serving youth through Lighthouse. Since joining the agency in 1991, she has served in many leadership roles, including Foster Care Director and Youth Housing Opportunities Director. She was promoted to Vice President of Homeless Youth Services in 2018. She serves as chair of the Cincinnati Continuum of Care Youth Work Group and Board Co-Chair of the Homeless Coalition.

Ms. Campbell earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Cincinnati. She is a licensed social worker and Level 1 trauma practitioner.
